(INAT)<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">, al <strong>Gobernador de Misiones, Richard Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado de su equipo t\u00e9cnico <strong>Luz Gim\u00e9nez, secretaria de Acci\u00f3n Social y Enrique Ayala, secretario del Gobernador<\/strong>, los mismos acudieron a nuestra Instituci\u00f3n con el objeto de <strong>presentar el caso de la paciente Carina Dom\u00ednguez, de 21 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, exponiendo que esta padece de una <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">enfermedad renal y est\u00e1 actualmente en tratamiento de hemodi\u00e1lisis<\/span>, <em>concurriendo 3 veces por semana al Centro de Hemodi\u00e1lisis en San Juan Bautista, Misiones.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb787a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb787a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x1lliihq x1s928wv xhkezso x1gmr53x x1cpjm7i x1fgarty x1943h6x xudqn12 x3x7a5m x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u x1yc453h\" dir=\"auto\">Cabe resaltar el escaso recurso econ\u00f3mico de la familia de Carina, quien nos cuenta que vive en Arazap\u00e9 y que se traslada en moto en horas de la madrugada hasta San Miguel, donde recurre a la solidaridad de otra persona en di\u00e1lisis para llegar a San Juan Bautista.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2931c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2931c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sobre el caso, el INAT a acordado con la Dra.
